Parsley - not just A supplement

Parsley has since the ancient Greeks and before became known. It was by the father of medicine Hippocrates as a remedy for many complaints recommended. Ancient Greeks used it in a circle for the coronation of the winner of sporting events and hung it on graves. Which to use, fresh or dried parsley? use versus fresh dried with many herbs a question of using less of the dried because of the concentration of Geschmack.Mit fresh parsley flat parsley has the most flavour and should be used when ever possible dried parsley is very mild.
